Resellers will be exempt from testing certification - great news for used book sellers
The American Library Association will be making an announcement about their concerns over the decision to not exempt books and their planned action - as soon as it happens I'll post something here

Resellers don't have to test...but they can't legally sell anything that hasn't been tested?
Right.
Comment was from Julie Vallese, soon to be former CPSC PR person. She has said nonsense in the past because she doesn't know the law. You can't trust anything she says. Wait for official word from the CPSC webside.
